What we've been up to...

And when I say "we" I mean Koston and I... because we all know what Brians been doing. And that's literally ALL he's been doing. Yep, school! If he's not in class, he's studying. If he's not studying, he's in class. If he's not doing either then he's... going to the bathroom? Walking to class? does that count? Ok, maybe i'm over exaggerating a LITTLE bit. I drop him off at school everyday at about 7:30-8ish, pick him up at about 6 and have dinner, then he leaves at about 7-7:30ish and studies at school till about 9 or 10. He's a trooper. I know I would never be able to do it. Although we don't see him much, Koston and I are still doing good :) We like it here. Koston seems to like it here too :) We've met a lot of cool people. Each week the ward has a mommy and me where the moms get together at a park or somewhere else and bring their kids so they can just get out and let the kids play while the moms chat. Unfortunately, Koston and I haven't been yet because its right in the middle of his nap time! His naps have kind of gotten in the way with a lot of things! But... hopefully we can adjust his schedule to where we'll be able to get out more.

here's a few pics of the little man!

Um did I ever mention how he LOVES to climb underneath things. I'm sure that's just an any baby kinda thing... oh well! Brian says he's going to be a mechanic.

Reading his books... just like Daddy does :)

One of his favorite spots. Seriously. He does this everyday.

Yeah... It's Dora. Don't hate.

At "Tri-state" trying on some sweet hats. This was the best picture we got of him, haha.

It's already getting SO cold here! This week it's been in the 50's and 60's. It's crazy. I'm definitely not used to this. Especially in September!

And here's a little bit of what I've been doing. Is it too early to be thinking about Halloween?

I know. I'm a dork. But crafting keeps me sane. Not that I'm going insane or anything... but it's just so fun! :) Anyways, We miss everyone back at home and can't wait to see everyone for Thanksgiving! I'll try to keep up with the blog... for those of you who read it. ahem. Jones! I think you might be the only one :) haha. Love you!

Thank you for the update / pictures. Yes I do check pretty much every day, maybe even a few times a day looking to see how my kids are doing. I know it's hard to say enjoy the cool weather, it's bee over a 100 stilland no one has started to scalp for winter lawns yet. Looks like October planting this year. Went past Gary and Carols the other day and the yard looks great. I guess Gary has been busy. He doesn't have Koston to fill his spare time so the lawn gets that extra care now. Just this first year is what everyone tells me about the study schedule being so hectic. We love you guys and miss having you near. Love the pictures!! G-Pa Jones
